Our salon policies.

LATE POLICY

If you are running late to your appointment you must call us on 02077513288 to let us know, you must call within the first 5 minutes of your appointment to avoid being charged as a no show.
No matter whether you call us to let us know you are running late or not, if you arrive later than 15mins into your appointment you will be charged the full cost of your appointment through our Pre-authorisation scheme via Stripe.
 

APPOINTMENT PRE-AUTHORISATION

If you book your appointment in person, the salon, you will be asked for your card details and will be charged £0.30 via Stripe to secure your appointment. If you book your appointment online, over text message or WhatsApp or through Instagram you will receive a phone call prior to your appointment for us to log your preferred Payment Card details on Stripe and you will be charged £0.30 to secure your appointment with us. If you refuse to give your card details to secure your appointment, then unfortunately the appointment will not booked and someone else will be able to take your appointment time slot.
Our Pre-Authorisation Scheme is in place from 2022 onwards. If you already have appointments booked in with us, you will receive a phone call to set your Payment Card details up on Stripe prior to your appointment.
 

CANCELLATION AND NO SHOW POLICY

We operate a strict cancellation and no show policy to ensure our salon runs smoothly and efficiently. When your appointment is booked, we will take your card details via Stripe, and you will be charged £0.30 to secure your booking. Should you need to cancel your appointment, we require a minimum of 48hours notice if you wish to avoid a cancellation fee directly to your
card.
Clients who cancel between 48hours and 24hours before the day of their appointment will be charged 50% of the service they were booked in for.
Clients who cancel between 24hours and 12hours before the day of their appointment will be charged 70% of the service they were booked in for.
Clients who do not show up to their appointment (no show), cancel less than 12hours before or on the same day as their appointment will be charged
100% of the service they were booked in for.
 

RESCHEDULING POLICY

If you wish to reschedule your appointment, we would like to inform you that you are only able to reschedule your appointment once. If you have rescheduled an appointment and then wish to cancel it at any time after the appointment has been rescheduled, you will be charged 50% of the booking directly to your chosen payment card via Stripe.
If you cancel a rescheduled appointment less than 48hours before the rescheduled date or you do not show up to your rescheduled appointment (no show) you will be charged 100% of the booking.
 

POLICIES IN REGARDS TO COVID 19

Unfortunately, we have had to make the decision that regardless of COVID all our policies remain the same regardless of clients testing positive for COVID or having to isolate etc. The only option that we are able to offer if your find yourself unable to attend your appointment with us, as a result of testing positive for COVID or having to isolate for whatever reason, then you will be able to reschedule your appointment (following our Rescheduling Policy) but all our policies still apply on matter what and you will be charged via Stripe if these policies are not followed.
 

SKIN TESTS

If you have an appointment for a hair colouring service or any other service that requires you to have a skin test prior to the appointment and you refuse or do not book in to have a skin test at least 48hours before said service, we will not be able to go ahead with the appointment. If you turn up to an appointment that requires a skin test and you have not had one or refuse to come in for one at least 48hours before the appointment you
have booked in, please note that your appointment will be marked as a cancellation and you will be charged in accordance with our Cancellation and No Show policy.
Skin test forms must be renewed every 6 months if you have not had a colour service etc with us within that time frame.
A skin test is non-negotiable as it is a legal requirement that we have skin test forms filled out by every client that is booked in for a service with us that requires a skin test
before their appointment.
